Space Master Properties Ltd offered me the opportunity to work with them to introduce their new project & latest. The recent project was Habitat Medical Suites & Residences, a high end mixed-used development in Upper Hill, Nairobi

Setup & context

Coming in, we defined every aspect of the Space Master Properties brand, as well as their project Habitat Medical Suites & Residences. The entire team consisted of 2 people. The sales Executive and Digital Marketer.

The challenge & problem PROCESS

Several hurdles were faced along the way. Luckily, with proper planning, we found we were able to navigate these with ease.

impact & results

Despite the problem and challenges, organic channels accounted for approximately 80% of total sales during the campaign period, demonstrating the effectiveness of my strategies in driving conversions and customer acquisition.

This contributed to a revenue increase of almost Kes 280 million for the organization.
